Teachers must possess many qualities in order to be effective. They must not only love teaching children, but they must love learning new things themselves.  A dynamic teacher creates an  atmosphere conducive to all learning styles and scaffolds the curriculum in a powerful way to meet each child’s needs.  Teaching children to become self-motivated and confident is the ultimate goal of an educator in order to set children on a path to success in their academic careers.
